Composite Wash Trailer Bodies
The trailer bodies will be constructed from 2" thick nominal foam panels with 0.15" skin thickness. Panels are structural and self-supporting, having the capacity to support internal components using structrual screws. The exact capacity of fasteners will be confirmed with review of equipment and attachment requirements.
Nose assembly will be produced in one piece, and remaining panels bonded into an assembeled structure. Rear entry and generator access doors will be similar FRP construction.
The structure can be provided with installation of doors, door seals, and latch hardware. Interior and exterior gel-coat finish is included in costs.
Additional mounting to trailer, other exterior/interior finish is available.
